Yesterday's cooking session made laying out this week's menu super easy. I think it only took about two minutes. Here's what is on the menu for this week:
Monday - Farmer's Casserole, asparagus from the garden
Tuesday - turkey corn quesadillas, refried beans, green veg
Wednesday - baked ziti, asparagus
Thursday - turkey macaroni bake, green veg
Friday - pizza night, asparagus
Saturday - stuffed shells, garlic bread, green veg
Sunday - Mother's Day at the campground with Joe's parents
